Logistics app connecting grain traders with verified carriers — built for the specific demands of agricultural transport.

( KEY CHALLENGES )

Buying and selling grain had a platform — but getting it from A to B was still a phone call away. Users had to rely on personal contacts to find carriers, with no transparency, no verification, and no way to match loads to the right vehicle type. Grain logistics has its own rules: not every carrier can handle it.

( DESIGN PROCESS )

The app was designed as a standalone module — carriers don't need the full Grain-Aggregator, so we built Logika as a separate service with a sync point for existing users.

I explored the domain enough to understand that the shortest route isn't always the right one, which led to an interactive map with editable auto-built routes and the option to open directions in third-party apps when the integrated map wasn't enough.

Grain Logistic connects grain buyers and sellers with verified carriers in one place. Carriers build out their fleet, set their specializations, and get matched with relevant loads. Customers post orders, review responses, and choose who to work with.

For Grain-Aggregator users, warehouses and inventory sync automatically — turning a logistics search into a few taps instead of a round of calls. The project didn't reach its full potential — I was moved to other priorities before it could be fully developed. But it closed a real gap in the existing ecosystem.
